bt999 Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bt999" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting website operated at bt999.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on bt999 or accesses any bt999 service.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player on bt999, through which that Player accesses games, places wagers, makes deposits, and requests withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other promotional value credited to a Player's account by bt999 as part of a promotion or offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player via USDT, Bitcoin, or approved withdrawal methods that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and proof of address.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play placed by a Player using either Real Money Balance or Bonus Funds on any bt999 product.

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account on bt999 and to access any bt999 product, including casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting markets. This requirement is non-negotiable and is strictly enforced. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

You may not use false names, borrowed identities, or fictitious information during registration. Any account created with false information is invalid and will be closed immediately upon discovery.

Each Player is entitled to hold only one active bt999 account at any given time. If bt999 discovers that a Player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — bt999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed across those accounts, and forfeit all balances without notice or compensation.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bt999 is lawful in their jurisdiction. bt999 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular country or territory. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing bt999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited and that you are not on any self-exclusion register.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt999 account login credentials, including your username and password. bt999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify bt999 immediately at support@bt999.cam if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

bt999 is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification (KYC) on player accounts, particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. KYC documentation may include a copy of your CNIC or passport and a proof of address document (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months). bt999 may request KYC documentation at any time.

bt999 accounts operate in USDT (Tether) as the primary account currency. Equivalent values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) may be displayed for informational purposes, but all account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in USDT unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bt999 reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee on dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. bt999 will not apply an inactivity fee that reduces an account balance below zero.

bt999 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

bt999 does not accept deposits via credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer. All deposits must be made in cryptocurrency. Pakistani players typically use USDT TRC20 for the fastest processing times — typically one to three minutes from blockchain confirmation.

Withdrawals from bt999 are available via the following methods:

• USDT withdrawals: ten to twenty minutes from approval
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: five to fifteen minutes from approval
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): two to six business hours from approval

Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are set by bt999 and may vary based on account verification level and VIP tier.

Withdrawals are available only after the Player has completed KYC verification to bt999's satisfaction. bt999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. bt999 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the Player via email within 48 hours of the withdrawal request.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by bt999 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms attached to each promotion. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply.

The bt999 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying USDT deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit threshold and a wagering requirement that must be completed within a specified time period. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a Bonus amount (or the Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The availability of specific games may vary and bt999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games at any time without prior notice. Game unavailability does not entitle a Player to any compensation.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, bt999 will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical malfunction, bt999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the Player's account. bt999 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond what is specified herein.

The results of all bt999 games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer play from licensed studios. bt999 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of either the Player or the house beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and individual sessions may vary significantly.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited on bt999. The use of prohibited software is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without notice.

bt999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, or to void bets already accepted, at its absolute discretion. Bets will be settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body, subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type.

bt999 offers cricket betting markets covering the Pakistan Super League (PSL), bilateral international series featuring the Pakistan national team, and ICC tournaments. Match-specific rules, including rain interruption policies, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, and abandonment rules, are published on the bt999 cricket betting rules page and form part of these Terms.

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. Odds and market availability during in-play betting may change rapidly. bt999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid and will be settled according to standard settlement rules.

A bet may be voided if: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the time limit specified in the sport-specific rules; the bet was placed on an incorrect line or price due to a technical or human error; or the result of the event is determined to have been affected by corruption or match-fixing as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bt999 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using bt999 for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials
• Colluding with other players, dealer agents, or bt999 staff to manipulate game outcomes
• Using prohibited software, bots, exploits, or any method that provides an unfair advantage
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software bugs in any bt999 game or platform feature
• Abusing the bonus system, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bt999 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing bt999 on behalf of a self-excluded player or assisting a self-excluded player in accessing the platform

Session time limits may also be set, after which the player's session will automatically close.

bt999 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, email address, payment information, IP address, device identifiers, and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the bt999 platform. bt999 does not sell personal data to third parties.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any bt999 content without prior written permission from bt999. Scraping, data mining, or any automated collection of bt999 content is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bt999 platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

bt999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

bt999 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bt999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, server downtime, or blockchain network congestion.

bt999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any regulatory requirement mandating the closure of the account.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bt999 support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

bt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, bt999 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is published at the top of this document.

Your continued use of bt999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using bt999 and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt999 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the bt999 platform, the Player agrees to first contact bt999 support to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period (generally thirty days), the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration administered under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
